There are different opinions on whether cellulite are hereditary or not but genetics do effect how prone you are as a woman especially to get cellulite. Get a loofah scrubbing sponge and start scrubbing your whole body every day. You can either dry scrub with just the dry loofah, it's a bit rougher on the skin but feels great if you can handle it.

You not only improve circulation but also rejuvenate your skin by removing dead skin cells and promoting new skin cells to form. If this is too much for your skin to handle you can scrub in the shower using a shower cream or a scrub cream. Go over the whole body in circular movements.

This is a really good skin treatment at the same time as it helps your body moving those cellulite waste products more effectively out of your system.

Exercise, lots of water, no white sugar and loofah scrubbing are four great tips worth trying for anybody who is conscious about their legs looking bumpy from trademark tell-tale signs of cellulite.

There are a lot of beauty potions and expensive cellulite creams available on the market that claim to eliminate cellulite. However when it comes to skin care and cellulite it starts from within, and the skin on your legs is no different then on your face when it comes to, “You are what you eat.”

Start cleaning up your diet, eat less sugar and drink more water. Exercise, walk and scrub like you got nothing to lose (and prevent) cellulite!
